Gulab Jamun is a sweet vegetarian dish comprising sugar syrup, condensed milk powder, and a little flour, made into small balls. They are fried to light brown in oil or ghee and put in the sugar syrup. They are soft in texture. They can be served hot or refrigerated for some time and served cold with a little sugar syrup.They are served at parties, in restaurants and for weddings and are famous for their taste, colour, and easy-to-make ingredients found in any local store.
