Kaju Barfi/Kaju Katli/Cashew Barfi: Kaju, or cashew, barfi is a well-known Indian sweet made out of few ingredients commonly available and quick to make. Cashews crushed finely, refined sugar, and condensed milk (khoa) are some of the necessary ingredients. With the taste of cashew nuts, it is a very popular sweet, and sometimes it’s mixed with coconut and decorated with a silvery foil on top called chandi ka warq.
